Coverages We Write in Delaware
Customized for your operation, whether you run interstate or intrastate only.
Primary Auto Liability
$750k–$2M+ per occurrence for for-hire carriers; higher where shippers require. We handle MCS-90/BMC-91X for interstate and Form E for DE intrastate.
Non-Trucking Liability
Covers you off-dispatch/not hauling business cargo. Doesn’t replace primary auto liability while under load or on dispatch.
Short Term Liability
Coverage for 1–5 days only, designed for newly acquired trucks that need temporary insurance. Ideal for moving units, shop runs, or until permanent coverage is bound.
Motor Truck Cargo
Typical limits $100k–$250k. Options for reefer breakdown, earned freight, debris removal, and unattended truck warranties.
Physical Damage
Protects your unit for stated amount. Deductible choices, gap/loan-lease, downtime/rental reimbursement, and OEM parts options.
General Liability
Commonly $1M / $2M for premises/operations & products-completed ops. Endorsements: AI, Primary & Non-Contributory, Waiver of Subrogation.
Trailer Interchange
Covers non-owned trailers under an interchange agreement. Pick per-trailer limits; add non-owned trailer physical damage if needed.
Excess / Umbrella
Adds $1M–$5M+ over Auto Liability, CGL, and (where eligible) Employers Liability to meet shipper/landlord contract requirements.
